Submit 3-5 original poems in the body of an e-mail. Maximum 7 pages . Maximum length of 1 poem is 5 pages. Submissions in the body of the EMail only. No Attachments – attachments will be deleted without being opened or read.

Simultaneous submissions are acceptable.

Previously published poems are acceptable under these three conditions: a) you have the right to submit the poem, b) in your best judgement OC's readers are unlikely to have read the poem, c) you include first publication credit.

We are not interested in translations.

We don't really care for: blatant sentimentality, extreme pornography, or anything that promotes intolerance or violence.

We expect all submissions to strive toward the goal of correct grammar and spelling.

We are open to new poets and are not impressed by names or reputations.

Feel free to include a short bio about yourself. If you list previous publication credits, please keep it to three or less.

RIGHTS: Origami Condom acquires the right to present your poem on its website in an Evolving/Current issue and to archive the poem in the issue it was presented. The poetry is presented in a PDF format so an OC patron can easily print one, user copy. Also, educational workshops and schools are granted the right to make multiple copies to a number equal to the number of students.

Turn around in 1-3 weeks.

CHAPBOOKS: No new manuscripts until January 2009.
