Kenneth P. Gurney (production, etc.) lives in Albuquerque, NM. He was born and raised in Chicago-land, has degrees in art and computer science.

He started editing small press poetry publications in 1995 with Hodge Podge Poetry, which evolved into Tamafyhr Mountain Poetry in 1998. To reduce costs TMP moved to the World Wide Web in 2000 and lasted until 2006. He took a year off from all the small hassles of micro press poetry publishing. With the encouragement of Carrie Gilstrap-Nettle, he started back up in 2007 with Origami Condom.

Kenneth's work appears on the web and in print regularly in the USA and Canada. Every now and then his work gets picked up by journals or websites in India, England and Austrailia.

The name Origami Condom comes from a short story Kenneth wrote in 2003. It was the name of a punk band that delights, as Kenneth does, in juxtapositions.

Carrie Gilstrap-Nettle (poetry editor) was raised in a lush environment of literature and words thanks to her mother and the other wonderfully crazy women in her family. Her inspirations include pretty much anything that comes across her vision and mind, which she puts on paper to rhythms such as her three boys hollering, falcons circling and the way the kitchen drawer flows closed.

Carrie has published sparsely, preferring to spend her time writing and editing. She teaches poetry and fiction classes in local public schools near her home; her students range from kindergarten to high school age. She curates a long running reading series near her home.
